At Green Puzzle Co., we specialize in offering pre-owned, carefully inspected puzzles to reduce waste and support eco-friendly practices. Because each item is unique and used, all sales are final.

Final Sale Policy

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for any reason other than the item being incorrectly described or wrong item shipped.

  • Pre-owned puzzles may show normal signs of handling or wear. These characteristics are not defects and are not eligible for return.

Missing Pieces Guarantee

We check each puzzle to the best of our ability, and guarantee that pre-owned puzzles contain every piece.
Because of this, puzzles are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damaged in Transit

Puzzles are not easy to damage; However, if your order arrives damaged and is not usable:

  1. Email us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and photos of:

    • The packaging

    • The product

    • The shipping label

We will file a claim with the carrier and update you on next steps.

Incorrect Item Received

If we send the wrong puzzle, we will gladly replace it or refund you. Please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
